Our company was established in 2017 after the implementation of the new law, Home Care Services Consumer Protection Act (HCSCPA) effective January 01, 2016. The law mandates that all home care organizations (HCOs) must be licensed by the Home Care Services Bureau (HCSB), and home care aides (HCAs) should be registered and compliant before providing home care services to a client. The law was created to protect elderly clients from different types of abuse.

Anthony Milan Olegario’s lengthy experience working in the home care industry refined his knowledge and increased his passion for helping the elderly population and their families. He studied Gerontology and received IPCED Care Core Certifications. He also performs home care aide compliance training and licensing of home care organizations.
Olegario’s objectives are deeply rooted in:
